Glassy
Glassy texture is similar to ordinary window glass. it may occur in massive units or in a thread-like mesh resembling spun glass. Crystals cannot be identified in a glassy texture, even under high power maginfication. Obsidian is an excellent example of a glassy texture. Pumice has a glassy look under magnification.
